Tri Lle – welsh language programme on identity

Sean learnt welsh with his children fifteen years ago. He went back to describe his childhood for Tri Lle filming, broadcast on S4C.


Rebound, ITV

Rebound returned to ITV in October 2016. Sean hosted the second series of this nail biting and energetic quiz show, where 6 contestants try to beat each other and the bar. 


Countryfile in Lochaber

Back on Countryfile in another beautiful part of the country – Lochaber in Scotland. Sean met the man who literally invented mountain resuce, Hamish McInness, and then tested his map and compass skills, by navigating himself through bog land by Buachaille Etive Mòr.


Rio 2016

Following Euro 2016, part 2 of the sporting summer was the Olympics. Sean anchored Good Morning Britain’s coverage as Team GB followed up London 2012 with an incredible 27 golds, to take them to second in the medal table, ahead of China.


Countryfile: Bikepacking on Gower

Sean returned to BBC One in July with a Countryfile adventure. He sampled one of the newest outdoor activities – minimalist camping with a bike – in one of his favourite parts of the country, Gower, South Wales.
